Eligible for Replacement
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Custom printed items (logos, names, branding)
- Products damaged after delivery
- Used items
- Size issues after branding
Refund Timeline
If eligible, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
